Following the Traditional Method of elaboration, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, reaching up to 36 months of aging, suffering during this period a manual removal in the desks located in the cellar.
The combination of the most advanced techniques with the traditional method make this sparkling brut nature an authentic delight for the senses.
- View: very pale yellow color, clean and bright. It presents a fine and persistent bubble that creates continuous rosaries and forms crowns on the surface.
- Nose: primary fruity aromas reminiscent of the variety and with a certain characteristic of the aging time. Pungent, clean and persistent aroma.
- Mouth: soft, fine and very fresh with an aftertaste reminiscent of aging.
