Prepared by pre-fermentative criomaceration from a careful selection of syrah grapes, grown in our vineyards.
This red wine is the result of a long process of research, which has allowed a perfect adaptation of this variety to the lands of the County of Huelva.
This project has given rise to a very well structured wine, with a very defined body and aromas; an avant-garde wine, modern in its concept, that will surprise the most exquisite palates.
The grape must is crushed and cooled with the skins to 5-7ºC, staying for several days without starting the fermentation to extract from the skin copigments that help to stabilize the color, then the alcoholic fermentation begins next to the skins at 22-25ºC, remaining in maceration for 10-20 days.
It is ideal with all kinds of cheeses, especially sheep's milk, cured and very cured. It also perfectly accompanies grilled meats, as well as cold meats.
- Vista: Cherry red color, elegant, with violet tones on the upper layer that denote his youth. Clean and very bright despite having a high middle layer.
- Nose: Primary aromas, of good intensity, reminiscent of very ripe black fruits (blackberry, plums, raspberry), later floral strokes appear Flowers like violet and roses.
- Mouth: Highlights again its outstanding fruitiness; It is dry, very balanced, light on the palate and with good aromatic intensity in the retronasal route. Highlights noble tannins and a nice astringency.
