Ideal accompaniment to creams, seafood and fish, should be served at a temperature between 5ºC and 7ºC. Ideal for fish, seafood, fresh cheeses, soups and creams.
- Vista: clean color, with tones that range from straw yellow with
nacarine reeches, very bright, almost colorless, to yellow with greenish tones.
- Nose: endowed with primary aromas characteristic of the zalema variety, very clean, with fruitfulness of apple, lemon and oral punteos.
- Boca: light, very tasty, sweet and smooth, fresh and balanced, with good retronasal route and an elegant finish.
